These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the ALVIPO platform (alvipo.com). By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

§ 2 Service Description

ALVIPO is a platform for publishing and discovering events in the Algarve, Portugal. Users can view events, filter by categories and add their own events. The platform is for informational purposes only.

§ 3 User Obligations

Users are obliged to provide only truthful and complete information. Posting illegal, offensive or misleading content is prohibited. ALVIPO reserves the right to remove content without giving reasons.

§ 4 Liability

ALVIPO accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of event information posted by users. No responsibility is accepted for external links. Liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§ 5 Copyright

All content published on the platform (texts, images, graphics) is subject to copyright. Reproduction or use without express permission is not permitted.

§ 6 Changes to the T&C

ALVIPO reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.

§ 7 Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Weißenfels.
